Fasting, restrictive eating, breathwork and mental-wellbeing suggestions may be unsuitable even when presented as ordinary options. You alone decide whether to try them; check any plan against your medical history, medication and qualified professional advice. Do not change treatment or prescribed nutrition because of app content. No trainer image, AI exchange or content creates a medical, dietetic, psychological or coaching relationship. For an immediate emergency, call your local emergency number. These allocations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and preserve all non-waivable rights.
Effective 27 September 2026. This notice applies before a first workout and whenever you use Body, yoga, Kcal, connected health, Mind or a health-related AI answer. It supplements the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Movement images and programs are illustrative examples only. A trainer photo, pose frame, animation, written cue, set, rep, load, duration or generated program cannot assess your ability, technique, environment or medical history. It is not personal coaching or instruction. A movement may be unsuitable even if shown in the app. Consult a qualified trainer and a doctor before starting or changing exercise, especially after an injury, with a medical condition, while pregnant or postpartum, or if you are unsure what is safe. Where a qualified trainer or physiotherapist has not reviewed a movement, do not treat its presence as a certification. Do not treat the presence of an exercise cue as expert review or a safety certification.
Before participating, check the space and equipment, warm up, use appropriate supervision, start within your ability and follow a qualified professional's individualized advice. Stop immediately if you have pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, numbness or other concerning symptoms. Seek urgent medical help if appropriate. Physical activity carries risks, including falls, strains and serious injury. You choose whether to act on an example and assume ordinary risks to the maximum extent the law allows. This does not waive liability that law will not allow us to exclude.
Food images, meal plans, calorie and nutrient estimates, and allergy answers are uncertain. A photo cannot verify an ingredient, allergen, cross-contact, portion or nutritional value. Do not use an Ascendia answer as a guarantee that food is safe. Confirm ingredients and preparation with the seller or a qualified dietitian or doctor. Do not use calorie targets or restrictive plans for a child, or for an eating disorder, pregnancy, lactation, a medical condition or a therapeutic diet without a doctor's advice. Adult calorie targets require users to be at least 18.
Health Connect/HealthKit and manual records can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. A connected source asks for its platform permissions; health information you write in chat or tracking can support reminders and can be deleted. Values and trends are for personal context, not diagnosis or treatment. Breathing and Mind features are not psychotherapy, crisis care or medical advice. If you are at risk of self-harm, another emergency, or acute illness, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
No image, AI output, program or metric promises a health, performance, weight, sleep or wellbeing result. Report a concerning or inaccurate item through the app's reporting route where available or support@ascendia.day. We may correct or remove material after review; urgent decisions should not wait for an app response.
A health-related Cognito answer shows “Cognito is not medical advice. Check with a qualified healthcare professional.”
